As more and more stories arise from the revolution, we're sure there will be a handful of movies covering every angle possible about what went down during the last month...
Word on the street is that Mona Zaki is "thinking about portraying the life of Sally Zaher, who is one of the martyrs of Egypt’s Tahrir Square, in a new film. During the protests that began in Egypt on January 25 to overthrow the government of former Egyptian president Husni Mubarak, Sally was walking towards the square to participate in the protests and was hit on the head by one of the bandits in the streets.
Sally had died shortly from bleeding in the head. Muna was one of the first Egyptian stars to take an active part in the protests that broke out around Egypt. Muna had stated that she feels it is a very good way to honor Sally and all the martyrs in a film that portrays the facts about the January 25 Revolution"
What do you guys think, too soon to start making movies about the martyrs and the revolution?
