Im an early member of Khaled Said group, admire the story of Ghoneim but dnt like most of his comments and tweets since he became known. He's no leader of any packs, there are plenty of ppl behind wt went on and I dnt like it that he is doing wt he said he wont do and asked others nt to do i.e. become the symbol or leader of the revolution. Last but not least, he seems to be politically naive and to be honest this stage needs ppl w constitutional and legal awareness and he confessed he's nt good in politics. I wish those around him tell him to think more before he posts now and also to rest, its not easy to be abducted by secret police for 12 days.

I really don't like Wael Ghoneim, to be honest i think he got swallowed up with all the media attention he is getting. He is starting to really annoy me, its his face.....makes me wanna punch him! at the end of the day it is the Egyptians that did this thanks to them we are free....bas keda!

I know a few 'bloggers' who are trying to take credit for the revolution. A bunch of kids who dont understand that if any attention was given to them then, it wont last. So stop dissing ghoneim cause you guys are just as bad tweeting thanku's to your followers as if you played a great role. Some people lost their lives to achieve freedom what did you really lose?

he cries like a bitch in every interview. I find him annoyong and he does not represent the revoloution. my fav line from one of his many interviews " i dont haf to be in Egypt i could be sitting next to my piscine in Dubai" now its time to capatalise with a book... F U Wael. Just cos u have some middle managment job in google doesnt mean yu are he voice of the revoloution or that u can write... Go back 2 your piscine in Dubai loool.

Ghonim is is really riding on the popularity that he got, he's thankful for helping light this fire but he wasn't chosen or voted to speak on behalf of the youth of the country...

The truth will be revealed sooner or later...Im not egyptian but I am very concerned with what is happening and this WG is really NOT the revolution leader the country needs. We ll hear very soon what it is all about, him crying on tv, people getting mad after hearing his speech, him takin over the credit...i really dont like! He s not even a good actor, he looks like a C Class soap opera actor!!

Agreed, he seemed quite honest first interview then he just became disgusting................. We are now back to reality, and once again we find ourselves with nothing changed, yes we hope corruption will stop and I think that was the only good thing to come out of this but fact is as much as it hurts Egyptians cant blame the government before we learn to change ourselves, that means all of us need to pay taxes, all of us need to put in proper work days all of us need to stop takeing the easy way.

Well, at first i did get touched by his first interview with Mona El Shazly after being released for the 12 days spent in Amn El Dawla,then he began to change his words, and it was quite obvious from his speeches and his feelings: REMEMBER at first  he did say that he was not touched (beaten) by any officer when he was being interrogated,,,,,,then 2 days ago he said he forgave all of the people who mistreated him during the investigations???????
The second time he altered when he declared via his tweets that he won't make any foreign interviews, then suddenly two days late he was on every television????????????????
what makes it more annoying and frustrating, is the way he is talking to the Military Council leaders: fakerhom beyl3abo ma3 ahlo...."They should and they should not" he is giving them orders !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
The way he talking, the way he is crying, they way he is tweeting......all awkward and confusing, maybe he is a smart marketing manager when he tweeted "Thanks @Google for all the efforts you did in "searching" for me. Today "I'm feeling lucky" that I work for this company."
