Check this out Cairo...
In a recent NASDAQ article, they described Egypt is turning to information technology to create a knowledge-based economy.
What does that mean some of you ask?
Well, basically the article discusses how Egypt is moving forward in terms of information technology and how projects such as the "Smart Village" are revolutionizing the country and helping to develop it. It discusses the fact that Egypt is now one of the world's fastest growing outsourcing countires as well as attracting foreign investment.
"Smart Village is not only a symbol of Egypt's ongoing transformation into a high-tech, knowledge-based economy, but it is also home to a new financial district that could help to boost Cairo's standing as a leading regional financial center."
The recognition of our country's efforts to develop and move forward is amazing.
