My girlfriend caught me cheating. It was the biggest mistake of my life and you can call me an asshole that's fine but I love her and I admit that I made a mistake and will do anything to win her back, what do I do?

I really never thought I would be in this position, I've always loved her. It was a stupid mistake! It was a one night stand and I regret it with every inch of my heart and I want to win her back but I don't know how, she won't talk to me...rightfully so. I hope she sees that I'm asking all of Cairo to help me out on this so she really sees how far I'll go to fix this.
