Painting the town Red Lobster that is...

It has just been confirmed that Americana Group have just closed a deal with Darden Restaurants Inc. to develop and open at least 60 restaurants in the Middle East!

Mmmmm we're salvating at the thought of the crab legs and king lobster!

Although red lobster isn't a high end chain in the U.S. They sure do serve yummy food! We wonder when the first store in Egypt is going to open?

Nice...but I'm sure they'll open in like Kuwait and the UAE first since Americana is the one who got them...they have to get the money then expand...its nice to start seeing variety in Egypt, we have come a long way since 10 years ago...

The first store in Egypt is not planned to open before mid 2012 - as per an inside source. They've also signed the franchise for the Olive Garden btw
