Someone has to get the blame, right?!? Well it looks like 11 cultural ministry officials have been convicted of gross negligence and have been convicted and sentenced to a prison term in connection to the Vincet Van Gogh painting!

The officials, including Deputy Culture Minister Mohsen Shalaan and the museum's director, were each sentenced Tuesday to three years in prison and were released on $1,800 bail each pending appeal.

We say how about concentrating on finding the picture than trying to blame people!
