If her album cover is taken to court, it will probably be found to have sufficient similarities to the Gaga one, and legally, thats the criteria to evaluate works. Having said that, ITA w the 1st comment. Thats not her decision, usually these things are decided for her by others, who bear the burden of this creative theft. As for the current law suit against her, a) dnt comment about a case, until you know the story from both sides and b) its no biggy, shell pay the damages or the compensation amount stipulated in the court and the whole issue will be done with.

Ok, here are my points: -

1) I'm not sure she's that much of a copycat...
2) I'm not sure why of Cairo's who's who (or whatever) are wasting their time actually arguing this...online nonetheless
3) Egyptian singers have been copying western singers since the stone ages, why are we so upset now.
4) Her lawsuit isn't even about her being a copycat its something totally different.
5)HAHAHA, i love sherif (above) "i know gaga"....like she's your cousin....lol
