I know most of you will consider me as a motkhalefa, but you all have to remember that there is GOD!there always be god no matter how cool you think u are or how old-fashined you think i am!! Gay acts are forbidden in all religions not only Islam. Gays have and will always be looked upon as not-the-norm & as the lowest. If you are gay, then you start by therapy. If your showing to have female features when ur a man or vice versa, then please go ahead and change that to what you think you should be, but to think you ur gay because you feel like it , that is BS big time. I know, studies have been trying over & over now to prove that being gay might be due to Genes that u are born with, but hey, It is not / will never be proved.. Please seek therapy ..

@Anon: I agree w u about religion and homosexuality. I disagree w you calling them low. All humans are equals and each has his/her life challenge, whether you see it through or let it consume you is up to you.
I also disagree with you saying this story is about what Arabs do. I hope you aint one of those new Egyptians living in the lie that we arent at least as mixed with Arabs. Again, all humans are equal, regardless of their race and there are the good and the bad in every race and country.
This story is actually about disguised slavery. Like many rich kids in GCC, the defendant had a slave in disguise. You see, its an ongoing practice that some rich families get a boy or girl for their kids, they accompany them from the time they are kids until they are grown up. I had a girl once present her slave as her secretary. Ironically, she was more beautiful, more of a lady and had more charisma than her owner. Now one of the many reasons why homosexuality is on the high in GCC countries is bec of that practice bec it used to be an old and tried way for the slave to control the master by becoming his lover and so has an upper hand. This victim was adopted by a family to work for the defendant. The report mentions who the police described him as very accepting of the beating. This means he got used to the abuse. Many must have seen this and chose to be silent and now the guy is dead. As for the defendant, well the idiot is trying to hide his homosexual tendencies, out of fear of ppl but he has no fear from God, wt a shame.
