Not only is Orascom Development and the Four Seasons setting up shop in Oman (which we told you guys about ages ago)...
But the glitzy hotel will be making it's way into Gouna as well, with plans to launch the 2nd Four Seasons resort in Egypt by 2014!
The hotel will offer around 150 rooms, and approximately 65 residential units.
Orascom is hoping that this will help position the Red Sea town as the premier destination in the reason, and that the top notch hotel will help generate additional real estate development opportunities...
Do you guys think Gouna's selling out, or are they going in the right direction? We personally think start bringing in the likes of the Four Seaons (the arabs come a running!)
