Well we found our Eid present...a new house!

Check this out...the most expesnive flat in history was sold recently - a penthouse sold for 200 million British Pounds! Of course no other than an Arab Sheikh will pay big money like that in this day and age...we wonder which sheikh though?

But that's not even the juicy part.

Two British brothers sold their 3 bedroom Monaco penthouse for a whopping 200 million British pounds...that had a murder in its main reception. Yup!

The story behind the place is that the two brothers bought it from an Englishwoman named Lily Safra for less than 10 million BP almost a decade ago after her husband was murdered in their home, the penthouse is now being sold to an unnamed Middle Eastern investor (thought to be an Arab Sheikh) for a 97 year lease! The brothers are estimated to recieve a 190 million BP profit...190 million profit!

There's definitely some shady business going on there. 

The brothers apparently spend a good chunk fixing it up, including a media room, spa, jacuzzi, arcade, billard tables, double heigh library, etc...all in the French Riveria. 

Sounds amazing!
