We've witnessed a trend this ramadan and a disappointing one at that...no we're not going to preach about people's morals or lack there of....but rather the outwardly overly aggressive tv presenters that are on the tele.
The likes of Wafaa el kilany and Tony Khalifa just to name a few are some of the latest interviewers/presenters who have taken on an overly dramatic and aggressive interviewing style...that we have to say is quite lame.
We've all watched international news shows, and we've all seen Barbara Walters ask those hard hitting questions when needed...but the sly overtly touchy topics, and cornering people on air is one step too far if you ask us!
Yes we know all those being interviewed have been paid a pretty penny to appear, but we do not believe any of them knew they were going to be publicly humiliated...from degrading fifi abdoo (whom some of you may think deserves it just because of her occupation) to outwardly making the mother of a murdered daughter cry on tv is another thing...
Hard hitting journalism we're all for, digging up the truth and revealing it to the public...why the heck not...but being grossly aggressive just to get ratings without any merit behind it is a whole
other issue...
If you ask us, and we're sure plenty others agree, they have lost all their credibility.
