Well Cairo, this friend seems to be in a bit of a conundrum and it's a pretty complicated topic...so we thought you all should help them out!

Dear S&H,

Although i am not sure this is a good idea, but my good friend ___________how can i say this, he likes both guys and girls. I have been encouraging him to go public with it, and he wants to, but i guess it wont be accepted by our society. 

He has come to accept this fact, and has had 2 serious relationships with men here in _____, but when he goes back to egypt he doesn't really talk about it to anyone. So, i decided to send you an email, to make this easier for him and for him to love and accept himself as he is. He is a good person, and i've known him for many years, and the more he doesn't talk about it, the more it seems to me he is lying to himself. I hope, i am not doing a mistake by writing this email to you.


So Cairo we know you all have opinions, especially on controversial topics, so help a brother out!
