Elissa has won the World Music Award for best selling Artist in the Middle East for the 3rd time.

She previously won the award in 2005, 2006, and now in 2010! We find it kind of strange since we haven't heard anything new f rom her, but don't ask us we really aren't her target audience!

So congrats to the Lebanese diva on the win, but is it just us or has her face changed drastically?
