Now it's your turn to go check out his exhibition tonight, Three: New Work by Hassan Hassan

Three is the most recent collection of images from Hassan Hassan. A series of interconnected pop pieces, the exhibit features paintings, sketches and drawings. Hassan is the editorial coordinator at Enigma Magazine and this is his first solo exhibition. Inspired by anything and everything, the illustrations reflect a myriad of observations from pop culture. Hassan grew up in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, before moving to Cairo in 2002 to study Mass Communications at the American University in Cairo. Using markers, pens, pencil, acrylic, watercolor, poster paint, and even one with coffee and green tea, Hassan doesn’t like to define the meaning of his work, opting instead to let the viewer make their mind up, the defining point of his message is that it is whatever you want it to be.

The event will begin tonight at 7:30 pm at the Studio 14 Art Gallery, and will end on May 1st.
