Back to the start of yet another week, while we're all stuck in our offices dreaming about the sandy beaches of Sahel, Hurghada, etc...

Last weekend to be honest didn't amount to much...everyone seemed so tired!

On Thursday all you who have given up on Agamy missed out on one of the best private parties we have witnessed in awhile at Micheal's...one of our readers summed it up best:

"Totally private, no tickets. None of those wannabes you see at 35, Tamarai and all those Sahel parties, no matter how expensive the minimum charge or the ticket might be. If you ignore the herds of Agami peasants' dropping their jaws at the scene through Michael's open air setting, as they watched from their collapsing balconies or lined up wooden chairs in the street across the doors, and the bouncers who look like ex-cons, you'll be nothing short of dazzled. With an amazing crowd, (no underage crap, MILFs or elderly khaligis, yay!!), Jack Daniels and Grey Goose streaming like tap water; it was THE place to be seen. So much for all the overrated Sahel crap. The crowd was one that every organizer dreams of; a perfect twenties' age range, a perfect male-to-female ratio and a finely-selected guest list. This was one of the few, rare gigs you could just party like a rock star among people who look nothing less."

Also on Thursday Prive, opened its doors with its changed line up of DJs...local spinners Omar Sherif and "rising star" Dj Migo spun the latest summer tracks - we were indifferent to the night as it was like any other night...

Most flocked to Mazhar's house party on Thursday in Hacienda White, we'd have to say the Michael Jackson tunes which we can never get sick of and the excellent crowd has left a lasting impression on us along with the beautiful setting!

As for Friday...Marassi let us down after us boasting how they have been improving week by week...DJ Oscar Di Revera left us hating the rave we ended up attending...not to mention how over crowded the venue was as well...Oh well, we'll think twice before going now!

On Friday as well at Sky Lounge, besides the great Music, and random crowd that head out to the "hot spot" (we won't get into the fact that Wahdan doesn't seem to know how to keep the place afloat..another story for another time) Anyway, a huge fight broke out table and chairs were thrown..and we ran out!!
