Competition always pushes people to strive for more and work harder...and it looks like this summer with soo many real estate companies trying to outdo one another...Mr. Ganz is helping Marassi along...

This weekend on Friday the 31st...Spanish Superstar DJ Oscar De Riviera with ByGanz resident DJ Samba will be spinning for all you house lovers...we hope though his music won't be as intense as it usually is, or hopefully Samba will tone it down!

Oh great, first time i knw that in our country any place gets shut for child abuse. If this is about wt one comment has mentioned its not child "abuse" bec wt was mentioned goes beyond abuse. Is that true though?

this isn't just someone young who you can ruin their reputation like that...this is someone old who is a well respected man who could have issues but don't we all?! this site is supposed to be about people in our age groups but once u start bringing in elders and spreading juicy rumors about them then it becomes serious...don't you think that it would hurt his family about hearing something so shameful like that about him even if it were true...i won't tell u guys to grow up or get a life cus u probably know these things but just think about who u're hurting before u spread rumors like that... shame on u...ALL!
