We recently received some information about a new project called Secret Nights Out from a name we're sure you'll all recognize...

"It’s fair to say that club life was born in Cairo 10 years ago. If you were one of the privileged few who witnessed those good days, you’ll know exactly what this is all about. Gigs were all about genuinely having a good night out, seeing your favorite DJs, dancing till your shoes wore out, and enjoying amazing outdoor and indoor venues with your buddies.

Remember the series of Gatecrasher gigs that kept on hitting us? How about when Sonique rocked the Nile with her voice and beats? Remember when Jules stood tall in right under the pyramids? Oh and Da Karma, that was a damn good club and the roster of DJs that played there is still fresh in our minds.

Those were the good old days, eh? They were. But we think it’s naive to think we can’t bring them back. Just because the scene has become too commercialized, drug abuse is everywhere, and crowds show up that turn us all off, it doesn’t mean that we can’t enjoy those nights again. And that is exactly what this group is for.

Secret Nights Out (SNO) are a series of gigs we will start producing. The whole point is to create events featuring popular headliners, with a very strong selection of those who can attend. Venues will only be announced two days before the gig. If we want you to attend, you will get invited to join this group. You can also request to join this group and we will scan your profile and decide whether or not you are one of those true clubbers we want to party with.

It’s also very important to us you share your suggestions as to which DJ should launch our first gig. We were thinking either Deadmau5, Fedde La Grand, James Zabiela, Armand Van Helden, or Nic Fanciulli.

We will only be able to do this event once we have enough people in this group. So if you know someone who fits the profile, please send out an invite.
