We've recently heard that the Dubai International Airport has installed thermal scanners to detect symptoms of the swine flu carried by arriving passengers.
So far, 3 thermal scanners have started working at the arrival lounges of Terminals 1 and 3 and can detect body temperature changes. The airport has also arranged for standby paramedics in case.
Most international airports are taking extra cautionary steps with arrivals due to the flu and we definitely think these scanners are a big help!
