Ever watch any of the music channels and wonder what beit da3ara these singers came from??
Well...from what we hear, these lovely ladies are on TV for more than just music!! No offense to our gulfie readers, we love u, but some of your men (and women) and been known to have a liking for...how do we say it nicely...2 dolla hookers!
Don't get mad - we admit a lot of them come from and reside on our streets! But...the rumors are - that these singing ladies are actually call girls and these channels are just a vehicle for clients to see them on...no we are not saying these channels are like live vetrinas...no way jose....
But think about it - where did they get the money to make these videos - they have NO talent!!
So next time you're feeling frisky and watching a music channel call 1-800-EDEENY and ask for the girl seducing the horse!

Last night at the Kattemeya Club House friends and family celebrated Mo D and Sarah El Guindy's engagement...
Being one of the most recognizable faces around Cairo, the turnout was quite impressive as everyone congratulated the couple on spending the rest of their lives together...
So congrats on behalf of S&H as well...

This Ramadan the airwaves seem to be congested with one too many series and sitcoms...we hear that over 40 shows have been produced for this upcoming holy month!
40 is a lot if you ask us, and makes it very hard to follow all the different shows and all the hundreds of different satellite channels...

We always hear about huge Hollywood paychecks when it comes to movies and TV shows, well it looks like our fellow Egyptian entertainment insiders have taken a cue from the mates across the pond!
This Ramadan the highest paid actor is Yehia Fakharany who comes in with a 7 million pound pay check...generally he is the highest paid actor, but this season he breaks bank!
The 2nd highest paid actor this Ramadan is Nour El Sherif with a 6 million pound pay check..
Not too shabby...maybe we're working in the wrong field ey?!

According to recent news, The Ministry of State for Family and Population has launched a new campaign against underage marriages in villages of 6th of October Governorate.
A hot line (16021) has been set up to provide legal advice and raise awareness about the issue of underage marriage as well as help those that want to get married get official documents.
"A recent research conducted by Menf Association for Development, has found out an alarming increase in cases of underage girls' marriages in Egypt: 23.6 per cent of the total marriages in 2008 involved minors under 16, compared to 14 per cent in the year 2002."
We've heard of suicide hotlines, drug hotlines, abuse hotlines, etc...but never underage marriage. Well, if you're feeling pressured into getting hitched early...you now know who to call!
