Egyptians are notorious for copying ads, tv shows, and movie ideas from abroad, which is why we weren't surprised to hear that Yusra's latest show "Bil Sham3 el Ahmar" (Red Wax? apparently) is a copy of Kyra Sedgwick's famous Emmy winning show "The Closer".

Apparently, not only does Yusra copy the role and storyline, BUT she also seems to phsyically resemble Kyra's character on the show...including the haristyle and glasses. You've got to be kidding us.

We realize that ideas can be adapted here but a full on copy like that? Tsk Tsk Tsk...that's really a shame.

Oh how we all miss our coffee in the morning! Well this Friday, we can guarantee that everyone will be having an amazing breakfast or brunch, and one of our favorite Cairo brunches is back!

We have to be honest we haven't seen this magazine around much, but we have been tracking them online and they are up there with Campus (well that's our opinion) when it comes to originality.

Major Magazine's latest cover, for their Underground issue has gotten us thinking...We actually are sick of main stream culture and television, billboards, tv ads, etc...telling us what's hot and what's not...We Egyptian's have unfortunately been for awhile a heard of sheep...

We love the concept of bringing to light the under rated, we all know how big this city is and how much of it goes unnoticed...

It's a shame if you ask us!
