So apparently we weren't the only ones unhappy about Enigma's Fashion Police segment. People were statusing and tweeting about it all yesterday...and today, the section was taken down!
While we think that was an excellent move for the magazine's sake, we ask - why put it up in the first place? and since you did, why not stand by your initial decision?
When an individual/entity decides to post something that flirts with crossing the line, they are well aware of the potential repercussions that may follow. So since you knew what it entailed and followed through with execution, then why take it down right away? We don't doubt that the creators of the Fashion Police knew exactly what they were doing, they wanted to get reactions...and reactions are what you received.
Again we are not saying that they should have kept it up, the readers were unhappy and that speaks for itself. But here at S&H, we believe that if you're going to go through with something and put the time and effort into building it - stand by your decision.
By taking it down we can only assume one of two things...Either, they realized their mistake or two, they weren't convinced in the first place and base their ideas on people's opinions. Either way, good riddance to public ridicule!

Well this is interesting...this Wednesday, Nile Lily will be hosting a stand up co
medy show "Finding Your Funny Bone"!
From 9pm to 1 am, the Sky Lounge Nine Lily floating restaurant will be hosting three Egyptian comedians for a night of laughter.
The show is completely in English and will feature comedians, Salim Asar, Noha Kato, and Mo' Love, who all seem to be raised abroad or mixed, so we can't wait to hear what they have to say!
Be sure to check it out!
