Even football is fashionable now!
The World Cup trophy is being transported in extreme security...and fashion. This year, the traditional metal armored case that the trophy travels in will actually be designed by Louis Vuitton!
French fashion house and world renowned brand Louis Vuttion has designed the security case with it's traditional monogram for the World Cup Trophy as it travels across the world and soon into the hands of [insert who you want to win here].
A LV spokesman was reported to have explain it quite simply, "There was no reason why security couldn't be synonymous with elegance"....well said!
Apparently this will also be the case (no pun intended) in the 2014 games.
Let's see how many other brands start designing trophy cases...what do you think, will the next African Cup trophy be Gucci or Prada?

Tonight, Egypt mixes cars and celebrities!
The 2010 Automech exhibition will host their grand opening gala event with famous host...
Paris Hilton!
Ms. Hilton will be the master of ceremony and guest of honor at the gala dinner, alongside a live performance by band, Akoent, and the number one electronic music composer in Europe, Guru Josh Project.
For those of you that are unfamiliar, the Automech exhibition is the leading and most prestigious event for the automotive industries in the Middle East and North Africa. This is the 14th year and will be hosted in the Cairo International Fair Ground this year from June 3rd to June 7th.
They're obviously doing quite well if they can afford a guest appearance from the heiress herself!
The gala dinner is by invitation only (sorry boys, no oogling and googling at Paris) but be sure to head over and check out the actual exhibit!
