As part of the Facebook trends that we tend to comment on...the mirror photo is one that is really starting to get on our nerves. You know the one we're talking about...the profile picture where a girl (and/or sometimes guy) will take a posed photo in their bathroom mirror. Sometimes with a little head tilt, hand on the waist, you know how it goes.
Seriously, why? We can see the camera as well as see that you think you look hot at that moment. Now we want to clarify something, the extended arm self-photo on the other hand, is acceptable because sometimes you just want to take a photo of yourself or do think you look good...BUT the bathroom mirror photo posted on FB? That's just a step too narcissist, don't you think?
The worst part is that many of these girls (and this is an insider's girl secret...) actually dress up and do their hair on purpose just to take these photos, that's the real killer right there!
We just don't get it. Maybe we're too old-fashioned to think that pictures should be taken naturally...and if that's the case, we're okay with that.
